Once you have contacted us at Black Swamp Epoxy Floors for your FREE quote request, we will be back in touch with you as soon as possible. We pride ourselves on being prompt and available for our customers so please be patient for a returned phone call or message.
project estimate
Once we have scheduled an on site appointment to see your project then we will come on site to take measurements, show you product samples, and discuss the multiple flooring options available. We will then provide you an electronic estimate for the scope of work and you will be able to accept the terms right from your mobile device.

signed contract and 30% deposit
Once we have an agreement on the terms of the contract you will be required to sign a contract and provide a 30% deposit. (Cash, Check, or Credit)
project Scheduled
To schedule your project, Black Swamp Epoxy Floors LLC offers convenient bookings typically within 2 weeks, ensuring timely transformation of your space. For installation day, we kindly request clients to prepare by clearing and drying the workspace, allowing us to deliver our best work efficiently and effectively. An additional 50% deposit is taken right before the beginning of the project.

At Black Swamp Epoxy Floors LLC, our service process is streamlined for excellence, starting with a detailed surface prep to ensure flawless adhesion, followed by expert installation with minimal disruption, and concluding with meticulous cleanup for a pristine finish. Our commitment to quality and efficiency shines through every step, guaranteeing your satisfaction and transforming your space with precision and care.
Final Payments
After the completion of the project and all clean up is complete then the remaining contract balance is paid after complete satisfaction of Black Swamp Epoxy Floors.

Google and facebook review requests
When we are totally closed out we would love it if you would leave us a review on both our Google Business Profile as well as our Facebook page. We will provide you with pictures from your project to post along with your review mentioning how much you love your new epoxy concrete floor or your new WERM floor.
